It’s so motivating and super fast results as compared to other workouts. After a year at otf I feel so much stronger. The coaches and music are great too!

What do you like about our workout?

The coach was great - super kind and encouraging, while pushing us to do our best. Also, I like that it's broken up between floor work and treadmills. Knowing my stats at the end is great! Plus, everyone working was super friendly and awesome!

What do you like about our workout?

That's a kick your butt workout with Hilary and Carrie, I love it. I'm bringing my parents in when they visit over Thanksgiving.

Hillary Smith is a great instructor and motivator and i like that the weights and cardio are divided up to make the work move along fast.
