Your instructors are very nice. I don't feel stupid like I usually do in exercise classes. the room is so hot I can finally ignore the impending doom that our society is rolling towards.

CPY provides the best/most challenging/fun workout in Baltimore. I've taken many different group classes in the city, ranging from SUP boards to spin to HIIT, and nothing kicks my butt like a sculpt class! No matter how many times I go, I never seem to plateau. The classes are so difficult, but the instructors (like Sara) make sure we're having fun throughout. So I guess all that to say I love the challenging classes and the people leading the way!

I wanted to write in to compliment one of the instructors at Brewer's Hill - Erica Hoffman (although I believe she is based out of one of the other Baltimore locations) since she is incredibly dedicated to her practice as an instructor and constantly takes feedback from students and uses it to improve her teaching. She has improved so much since she first started and very clearly listens to her students suggestions. I am currently in the HPF Teacher Training and since it began she has been even more dedicated to her teaching, wanting to be a model example for us all when we take her class. She also continues to ask for feedback and has used this to open discussions with me so that she can continue to improve, answer my questions, and allow me to be thoughtful about my own teaching. I am incredibly grateful that she teaches at this location and has provided me such a unique opportunity to grow and learn, even though she is not involved in the teacher training program.

The Brewer's Hill CPY has been an excellent place to practice, with amazing staff who are incredibly friendly and dedicated. I have so enjoyed being a member here!
