It’s difficult to get a hold of someone when I get a last-minute notice that the technician is coming. We have a fence yard and little dogs so I always have to make sure I’m here or at least have the dogs locked up inside before the technician arrives. Thank you.

My lawn looks great year after year!!

Anthony Perez made the last service stop and it looks like he did everything he reported. He put pest control signs on two of the area he is working on for me. However, I do not see a sign on the small patch of grass in front of the u-shaped driveway.
My main concern is that I am always told by "TEXT MESSAGRE" that the person will be coming soon. I have told several people that i need to be given a window of time when they will arrive, I have not been home on their first two visits, and I want and need to talk with them. If it will be Mr. Perez, please have him or the office tell me a window when he will arrive like , TruGreen will arrive between 9 and 11 am or from 1-3pm
This notice of arrival is something that, I must insist on to continue with TruGreen

Weeds way down (still some)🤨

I get notified a day or two before they come so I am able to pick up dog poop in our yard before they arrive.

I am continuously having poa annua pop up in my meyer zoysia lawn.. It is not as prevalent as it was 1 year ago when TruGreen started treating our lawn. Am I ever going to get rid of it? It has also unknowingly cropped up in landscaped areas around our house and not very close to the grassy lawn. It appears that poa annua has seeds that they may be transported by the wind or rain. Since TruGreen has not ridded my lawn of the poa annua, I have had to dig it out almost every time before I mow since I don't want the mower to spread its seeds.
I need to know what TruGreen is going to do about it. The applicators always seem to be in a hurry and are not inspecting/analyzing the results of your pre-emergents.
