I just had the first service of the year done yesterday. I appreciate the professionalism of your company. I always get a detailed report on the service and information on watering or after care is necessary.
The only issue is moving around your web site. Some of the selections are hard to navigate thru and the information and dates and payments don't seem to always be up to date.

Other than that, I have no complaints.

I did recommend my Brother in Law to your company, and he seems very happy with the overall condition of his lawn. He still has a lot of weed growth, but this is his 2nd year and an improvement is visible.

had service completed on 04/0/24 by your technician, Jeffrey Jackson. What an asset to your company! I was having a difficult day at a local merchant and when I arrived home, I noticed that Jeffrey was completing my application, I saw him actually get off the machine that he was riding on and picked up some trash that was thrown in my yard between the road and my property. I live in a rural area and people tend to dispose of their plastic cups and food wrappers. I could not believe my eyes that he took it as his job to not only treat my yard but also clear it of debris. That day was very cold and getting windy and he still took the time to do that! What a wonderful thing to do!! He quickly changed the nasty attitude that I had earlier from my bad experience at the dealership and replaced it with joy. He made my day so much better. My lawn was serviced yesterday by Taylor Hibbing. He was prompt, professional, courteous, and took the time to listen to my concerns about my lawn. He is the best tech we have had in the 10 years we have been with Tru Green, and I would like to request that he ALWAYS be the tech to do my yard. He did an outstanding job!!!

Manuel was cooperative and checked my yard out and explained what needed to be done and what service he would be doing. I would like for him to do my yard at all my service dates.
