Well I wouldn't have believed from the looks of our yard at the beginning of the year that you guys could pull this off. I had excepted at least two years. The two technicians responsible for this get my sincere thanks. I hope you will thank them for me.

I can't really specify what I like- you come and spray or aerate or whatever and bill me for it.
Right now, my front yard looks terrible! It's mostly tan rather than green and this is mostly due to the lack of rain we've had in this part of orange County. I water twice a week- 45 minutes each section, but that's hardly enough to make up for actual rain. The front yard is part bahia and part weedy stuff that the sod guy charged my $1300.00 for! I grew up in Illinois where our lawns just grew and flourished in the summer and then died in the winter. We mowed in the summer and didn't do much else. Down here in Florida, there's a whole thriving industry just for lawn care!
My back yard is still the original St. Augustine and it's doing quite well. So I guess I was sold a bill of goods when I accepted the bahia. It just makes my life worse by living on Social Security and trying to keep up with all the charges that are thrown at me from just trying to live in this state. Having said all this, I'm not blaming Tru Green for my situation! So take my comments for what they are.

Kenyarda Singleton is an outstanding service rep. He pointed out two trouble areas in shrubs I had not seen, and recommended a treatment option.

I am notified when the service man/woman will take care of my lawn. I like the service received in keeping my lawn looking good. I especially enjoy the friendly serve man who does my yard, he is always friendly, smiles, waves, and talks to me when time permits.

You arrive when you say you will, and do what you say you will do. Dependability and professionalism.

Service has been good, however I am concerned about a weed infestation at the back of my lot. We have an irregularly shaped yard and I think some of it is missed sometimes. Need to schedule a redo.

I have one of the most beautiful lawn in our neighborhood. We have been with TruGreen for over 25 years and plan to continue if prices don't go up. They take care of our yard!! Would like one person as a regular who knows our lawn. Seems like we have a different person every so often.

Our Service specialist (Trinity Ainhart) made the 1st application to our lawn on April 11, 2024.She was very pleasant, answered the few questions I had and went right about her business making the application. I like the fact that I was notified of her pending arrival and followed her progress as she got near.
It has been almost a month since the first application and, so far, my wife and I are very pleased with the results. The grass looks much healthier, greener and thicker than during previous years when we had a different lawn service.
Yes we would readily recommend TruGreen for their lawn service.
