I've been a customer for a number of years with no problems with your work but that wasn't the same this year. I had my first lawn service no problem. Beginning of April I was scheduled to have lime applied to the lawn. A rep came on a Sat at 4pm it was raining and we spoke for a few minutes and I wanted a price to aeration and seeding my left side of the property. I was told someone would call me in a few days with a price. NO LIME was applied that day and received a bill 3 days later for services rendered. One week later a rep came and left me a notice that he aeration & seeded my property. I walked my entire property and there wasn't ONE hole on my grounds and the seed was applied to only certain areas. Received a bill for $184.00. I called your customer service and told the girl I didn't want a rep on my property until I speak to someone with authority. She put a supervisor on the phone I explained what had taken place and he was also upset with what took place not once but on two occasions. He told me he would correct the errors and not charge me for the lime service and have someone come out and lime and aerate and seed. I didn't get the mans name but he kept his word and several days later all work was completed. My check is in the mail for lawn service and aeration.
