TruGreen is quick, cost efficient, and very communicative (but only when they need to be!).
I like that there is a scheduled routine for services to be done each month. With my previous lawn care company, which I used for many, many years, it always seemed random. I never knew when they were coming, especially to spray for weeds, and my husband would often be digging out dandelions long before they would show up to treat my lawn for them.
I like that when I ask the service technician a question about a problem with my lawn, I get an answer, or the technician finds out the answer for me. Again, with the last company it seemed that they hired kids off the street who didn't really know what they were doing and couldn't answer my questions about an unwanted growth or a problem with my lawn, nor did I ever get a follow-up from the company to satisfy my complaint.
My lawn is getting much better after 3 years of service.
