The tech -new to me, who came to do my hedges, shrubs spring fertilizer did a good job -like my favourite tech who has always done such a great job! So wasn’t upset that Fazal hadn’t shown up. Last season was problematic until got him instead .

Well I am very pleased with your services all these years. I have lots of neighbours admiring my front yard how beautiful my front lawn is. I had also recommended a few of the neighbours to Trugreen.
Anyhow last summer l had noticed raccoons were around my backyard area. Then l got in touched with Agie Herallal asking for advise and she told l should take up the Grub control treatment. Then l took her suggestions and decided to go ahead with the Grub treatment. The Technician came and sprayed on my backyard and gave me instructions to water for 5 days faithfully. I did accordingly and the lawn was doing okay a month. One morning l went out into
my backyard and was horrified to see my lawn were torn out in patches and it shook me up to see how bad it was. I called to complain to Angie it did not work at all. Then I had Jeff Carl called me that he wanted to drop to see my damaged lawn. He came by and assured that he will sent somebody to turf the lawn for me. Due to our city working on our street replacing new sidewalk the road was closed. So Jeff suggested that he will returns in Spring. I have not heard from him so far and left him a message and awaiting his call. I would somebody to call me regarding this situation as promised. The city came back a week ago to finish our street and hopefully not too long. Please called and let me know about my situation as discussed he will sent somebody over to handle my bare lawns in Spring.
