Thus far I have been very impressed by Tru Green - from the technician who looks after my lawn with his hints of how to make the lawn better and the answers to my email/calls. The lawn was in rough shape at the end of last year and already is showing improvement.

Too bad you don't offer weed spray for the driveway - my interlocking brick driveway certainly could use the service :)

Your service is reliable and your products work.

We have been satisfied with your business for years. I love the fact that when we have weeds growing you come look after them when we call you. Last year when one of your staff Came to service the lawn my husband was digging up those notorious dandelions the lawn technician told him not to pull them because they grow underground and would come back again. He said they needed to be sprayed to kill them. I still remind my husband if he starts to pull them. We had a technician come look at our lawn last fall, it was the worst lawn on the street and we were upset that our neighbors who do nothing to their lawns was better than ours. He told us someone would come out and look at the lawn. We were told they would come and put down topsoil and seed at no cost in Oct. They did not come so my husband and Uncle did topsoil and seed. It looks much better this year but still had some bare areas that did not take. I called Trulawn and reminded them that they did not come in the fall. They said they would do it in May. True to their word they sent two very nice young technicians and they did the lawn. I am hoping and praying it comes back to the nice lawn we had before. I recommended you to our neighbours across the street a couple of years ago and they now have your service. Thank you for your service and for the care you Show to your customers. First name removed
