1. Melvin doing the treatments on my grass. He is personable, easy to talk too, listens and goes the extra mile. Having great represenatives for your company makes all the difference.
2. Customer service is very good. From call before treatment is done, invoice discribing treatment being left, emails/newsletter of upcoming services, available treatments, etc. to seamless way for payment.

TruGreen is very professional and friendly to deal with. Our lawn was in dire need of help as the last company we used only made the lawn worse than it was before. We have people now commenting how nice the lawn is and we always tell them TruGreen treats it. Glen is fantastic and explains how we can rectify certain issues In the lawn. Always a pleasure to see him on his visits and to answer any questions we may have.
