I like that I get a robocall the day before a visit to do work. My next-door neighbours have a concern with the mosquito treatment we are receiving. In order to keep their cat, Smokey, safe from possibly being in some hedge when it gets sprayed, we let them know as soon as we get the call that the treatment is to be done the next day and they can keep Smokey in that day. No one wants to see Smokey get sick. She is a very friendly cat. Receiving the phone call the day before allows us the opportunity and the time frame to protect her.
My parents use another service which does not provide such a call.
If I ever have any issues they are resolved promptly.
