I'm extremely pleased with the customer service . Customer service agents are swift and helpful when I encounter lawn issues. By maintaining regular services I benefit by producing a green, lush and healthy lawn. Neighbors like it and are signing up to use gyour services too!!
1. You provide advance notice of when you will be arriving to do lawn care.
2. You provide ability to reschedule service if date/time does not work.
3. You spray along edges of lawn, fences, etc., which really helped this year maintaining weeds as that is where most of ours grow.
4. We experienced no noticeable dandilions and weeds this year compared to another service we had been using before.

My lawn always looks great. No weeds. The employee does a good job every time they show up at my home. Love the phone call they day before TruGreen shows up. Allows me to make sure I have my dogs out to go to the bathroom and bring them in before TruGreen shows up. TruGreen never randomly shows up. It's awesome. Truly appreciate their hard work.
The service always shows up an per the notification and the applicator advises on things that we can work on between services.
The whole process works like a clock and when it doesn't, TruGreen takes accountability and corrects that
