I live in Texas and I like getting the reports. I love the way that TruGreen uses technology to communicate with their clients. It would be nice to get visit reports by email as I appreciate knowing the condition of the upkeep on my lawn and whether it is being kept at a reasonable length and grooming to optimize healthy growing.

TruGreen services are great, you see greener lawns, weeds gone and they’re reliable. The service technicians are wonderful.
Unfortunately I am out of town for the next few weeks so I cannot give you the name of the technician that recently serviced my lawn. But big kudos to him as his is probably the best tech I have seen/experienced the servicing of my lawn yet; great job.
I apprreciate getting a notice prior to your coming as we have a dog and want to be sure that he is cared for. The operator comes to the door to say that he is here - again an extra precution for the dog and also a notice that someone is around your property. And your operators are always pleasant, courteous and friendly.
The spray that you use is good - the grass is green and there are no weeds. Our lawn looks lovely. We had the mosquito spray this year and it was very effective.
So I like the service and the product. I would highly recommend your company.

Timely, efficient, worth the cost
The service’s work! Weed wise I was told to be patient, things need time to work, after the second time coming around I could literally watch the weeds shrink and die by the day! Mosquito spraying service worked phenomenally and instantly, Re-application if not satisfied was a big plus in choosing services as well!
