I have been your customer for over 20 years. I like the professional services and the knowlege they possess about gardens and grasses. However, this last season of 2022, I have more weed on my lawn than usual and every time I called I found that while proper fertilizer was applied , Weed could not be applied due to hot sunny days. So I agree with the advise but please make sure that your guys come back during good days for weed application without having to be called or chased.

Ils utilisent des très bons produits. On a eu des résultats dès la première année. On a eu des bons conseils.
Quand nous avons un problème avec la pelouse, le traitement est fait en conséquence ou on tél pour un service, tout est pris en charge assez rapidement. Les gens sont gentils et travail bien fait.

Lawn looks fantastic! I always receive notifications on upcoming services which I appreciate. Also, everyone I have had communication with have always, be professional and polite.
The fertilizer and weed control the fall airrating was very poorly done not worth the price v very poor operator compared to previous years .

I think TruGreen does a fantastic job and I let my neighbors know about it. I have one small ask: I lock the gates to the back yard because I have a neighbor with some cognitive issues and she let herself into the back yard a couple times so I've had to lock the gates to the back yard. She's absolutely harmless and I know she means well but I couldn't forgive myself if she hurt herself back there so I lock the gates. The ask is when a service is scheduled for me please email me a day or whenever in advance so I know when to unlock the gate. Last summer the poor service person couldn't get in, I wasn't home and they had to return. I don't want to cause anyone any extra work.
Other than that I really appreciate all that TruGreen does!

Employees of True-green are very helpful and friendly.
Prompt and efficient.
People who attend on site are professional and knowledgeable.
There could be improvement in your sales area of knowledge of plants and trees.
The reason I say this is because we arranged for Fall protection and dormant spray for our trees.
We have 3 Japense maples trees. Dormant oil being used by your company cannot be sprayed on our trees. That leaves few other shrubs and trees on the property.. Thank goodness that the Arborist who came to do the application adivsed us that he would not be spraying them..

We also have a commercial property at 217 Quees Plate Drive in Etobicoke. The services completed there are satisfactory to our needs. Thank you
