I love that I get a phone call telling me in advance when my next service visit will be. The gentlemen who perform the service are always so friendly and helpful. Chris Briault, the technician who performed the last service even went so far as to sweep the fertilizer granuals off my patio stones. I appreciate that Chris!
Works fairly well, sometimes dependent on how well neighbours look after their property, but works ok & gets rid of most weeds
The Technician always leaves a written note to identify to the client the services provided, products used and instructions if required e.g. watering after fertilization. In addition, they provide a recap of their observation as to the status/condition of your lawn with recommendations on areas requiring attention and/or suggested corrective action. No pressure - just recommendations left to the clients discretion.
Annually, the client is provided with a list of services available with individual costs allowing the client to chose the services according to their budget and method of payment with a welcomed discount if paid in advance of season.
Most of all that the timing of services is excellent resulting in my lawn being very healthy throughout the summer and with me continually receiving compliments on how great my lawn looks -- as it is pretty much weedless!

Service is impeccable. Service is provided as scheduled in a timely fashion. Invoice of what they provided on that day is left in mailbox, and has good detail of the service.
True to their word if your not satisfied they will return to make adjustments as needed, no charge.
