Yatte, Ryan and the few other staffs who were sent to treat my lawn, starting with the lady from the hotline call number ( who helped me set the appointments ) to the guys who applied and those who did the aeration, had been very accommodating to my requests which I find very very satisfactory.
About Yatte- that is one employee that you are very lucky to have. My interactions with him has been very friendly, cheap which his smile, trustworthy, rendered excellent work and professional attitude. He walked the extra mile to satisfy my request.
Overall, though this year was the first year that I had interacted with your service, pending on my financial situation- I would not hesitate to use your service again in the upcoming year.

my lawn has never looked better, but budget wise it is sometimes too many visits

The call / email letting us know that you’re coming. This notice allows me time to open the gate to the backyard, remove e troughs and other items that may be in the technician’s way. The information summary of what was done and help information about my lawn and your services, the sulphur application really worked well.
I try to be home when you’re coming and I find your staff to be very helpful in answering my questions. The shrub fertilizer works great. I also found the winter salt works well on my driveway, sidewalk and stone patio. All round GREAT SERVICE.

Your team is very consistent and the results cannot be denied. My grass is substantially better than it ever was prior to the services I get every year from Trugreen and I find that the lawn and trees are much more durable when it is very dry and we are on water bans, etc.
