I have had very good service on the normal yard care (i.e. fertilize and weed care). However, I have not had the same reaction to the Aeration service. The service is expensive compared to competition. During this years service, the front yard was aerated, but the back was not. The receipt said the whole yard was completed. I called and they quickly rescheduled which was good.

Brett Downing is our tech. He is professional and very helpful. My husband had a few questions about the lawn and he fully explained everything and why/how too much water can cause some challenges. The too much water is from daily rain - not self inflicted.
We recently switched to TruGreen after being ignored by our previous provider of 8 years. It's a pleasure to deal with a company - and an individual - who is responsive and cares about the service being provided. Keep up the great work - so far, so great.

Repete application without question to control weeds
Although your website says my last lawn maintenance service was 6/29/17, it was actually yesterday on 7/24/17 performed by Michael Bruce. As usual, Michael was very thorough and conscientious. He identified a new sod issue as well as continued to monitor the dollar spot fungus that he has been fighting. He is very professional and courteous.
I spoke with my local representative Joe Nadeau and explained what occurred on the phone via your 1=800 number. I had requested a spray to help with weeds and because during a previous service the granular ended up in my pool and turned it green so I had to have it pumped out and then refilled.
The 800 number representative said okay and that they would take care of it. Well I got a granular treatment instead. I felt that TruGreen did not listen but it turns out that the 800 number representative was either not informed or uneducated. She was not aware that they cant spray in the summer months and that the pre-emergent spray applications are done Feb-May.
Also my account had on application left and I requested that it start back up again in May. Since I travel a lot international, I really have not been home, and once I was home for a while - Late June, early July, I discovered again that no treatments had been applied. Again the 800 number told me one thinks but never delivered.
Long story short, it was Joe that saved this account and I will be renewing for another season. My suggestion is that you educated your 800 number employees by state so that they are educated enough to inform the customer with the right answers and not just trained to sell. In the long run I can assure you your rention rates will be higher as will your survey scores.
