I am on a limited income and have been a True Green customer for many years, as the prices of everything have went up, Truegreen is the only company that has been sympathetic to the struggling senior citizens. What company does that anymore, NONE!
Right now I am not too happy with Tru Green. I have spoken to at least 3 customer reps about starting a service that I utilized in the past to control fungus in my grass (dollar spot, etc).
Each one assured me that it would be taken care of but nothing has happened. The last representative said a technician would have to visit and request the service. Your tech was here on 4-14 to complete the regular lawn service. He left the service summary but no contact with me and I was home at 6;36 pm. Still no word on initiation of a fungus service so I am really perplexed with Tru Green
