Fair estimation of square footage to be treated. Email notice of when to expect a treatment. Sign and notice left on property at the time service is performed with any comments by technician by name about treatment or suggestions. Easy to navigate website for information and always a person who answers the phone, or quick callback, or picks up a chat. I appreciate the discount for prepay. 2024 will be our third year. Reasonable cost although next year I will compare among a couple other businesses if rate goes up too much due to inflation.

I enjoy the text messages I get before the technician arrives and being able to chat with them if I’m there. Pretty responsive if I have an issue with lawn and coming back out.

In the early spring of this year, I was concerned about the shrubs and trees. On the front lawn there are two trees that I thought was dying. TruGreen sent someone to check the soil as well as treating the trees. Now the trees are still green.
