Yard was aerated today by Demitrie Derisma and an associate. They did an excellent job. Came to my door, introduced themselves and explained what they were going to do. We looked over the perimeter of my yard and they began the aeration. I did notice that they had two different machines. Although both machines did a good job it appeared to me that the larger one, a Turfco TurnAer XT5 was more effective. Again they did an excellent job.

I liked that my service specialist, Clifton Brown, always knock on the door and explain what service he will be providing during the visit. I also like the detailed messages left about my lawn care.

My Specialist, Clifton Brown suggested that I cut my grass right away to augment the treatment.

I have weeds that I have never had before. I think the weed killer needs to be redone.

John Graves did an outstanding service on my yard. He is the first specialist to spend more than 10 minutes servicing my yard, since I've been with TRUGREEN. He knocked on my door, introduced himself and was very polite. "GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE".

I love that there are alternative ways to be informed about the status of the specialist' arrival. I use the app and it works great! Also, I also appreciate that the specialist rings the doorbell to let us know that he has arrived. The specialist, Gregory A., who came today; 4/27/2018, to apply our first Mosquitoes Defense treatment was very professional and friendly. He was very patient with the few questions my husband and I had regarding the application and he also provided us with some good preventative measures we should take to help minimize the presence of mosquitoes.

The price was right. Received a phone call the day before our service was to begin. Our tech specialist, Sharod Grant, was very personable, very knowledgeable, and very thorough!

We are pleased with our service. Our technician, Corey Johnson, knocks and lets us know he is servicing us and asks if we have any problems .

Our grass is healthier, when we use True Green services. It is well worth it.

Anthony Johnson did a great job on 4/25/18 spreading the fertilizer,however i wished it was weed killer.

The Specialists that service my lawn, Randall Powell, has certainly shown that his is thoughtful, capable, and dedicated in doing an awesome job on my lawn. He takes pride in his job! I have requested that Randall be my permanent lawn care specialists, because he is pleasant and show respect for me as a customer.

I am thankful for the fact that when I call TruGreen with an issue or concern, you have addressed them professionally, and in a timely manner.

I love the way me front yard looks however I need to have a change to the back of my house. My technician informed me that the grass in the back needs to have Manor instead of what is used in the front. Please have him return to re-treat that area. BTW - Sharod Grant was very informative and helpful in describing the differences between the grasses and what they need to thrive. Thank you in advance for your attention to this request.

Mike Grary knocked on my door to introduce himself. We spoke for a minute and he thoughtfully explained what he would do since this was our first application. I shared some areas of interest with him that he said he would focus on. Great technician.

I would like to give a thumbs up to Specialist:77521 Mike Gary for the Mosquito application. He rang my doorbell, was very courteous and explained to me just what he was going to do. I have had the Mosquito application before, but no one ever took out the time to explain what to expect. He told me not to keep standing water as this draws mosquitoes. I was very, very pleased. Consistent. Notifies us when he has arrived and indicates treatment for that visit. Also notifies us of any instructions on our part (e.g. water the grass; cautions about walking on freshly treated grass). Great service.

Today was my first trees and shrubs application this year. Your technician, Ross Blake was a real pleasure to work with. Courteous, professional, listens well and he seems quite knowledgeable. He alerted me to some shrub damage due to insects and showed me how he applied sufficient chemicals to stop it. What made me happy is that he assured me that the damaged areas would come back now that they have been treated. I was very pleased with Ross and his work. He is a credit to your organization. First name removed G. was very professional and thorough. He introduced himself upon arrival and we discussed my concerns. The spray treatment was comprehensive and we are hopeful the biting insects will cease to bother us when we use our outdoor living spaces. Upon completion of his treatment, First name removed G. spoke with me again to review his observations, make a few recommendations and provide the completed service ticket.

I love the fact that I don't have to be at home for the service appointment. I wish I could have been there for my first service (which was yesterday), but I work full time. That said, my service tech, Larry, left a hand written note and a very thorough report. SO awesome! Can't wait to get my lawn under control.
