We like the price of the service. We received a discount for paying in full. The Specialist Mr. J Fowler seemed to cover the whole yard. He rung our bell, introduced himself, and shared recommendations with us. To maintain continuity, we would like for him to be assigned to our property while we reserve the right to request another specialist, later on.

Except for a problem I had last year that one of your employees put the wrong fertilizer or chemical on my lawn and burnt it down (he was actually fired), I have been very happy with the service in general. All the specialists have been on time, courteous and leave a report on my door. I would like to make a suggestion regarding the printouts they leave. Frequently, the ink is almost out and the report cannot be read. Please make sure the printers they use are updated and good on ink.

Today for example, I had Greg Amos visit my home to do work on my shrubs and trees. He knocked on the door first to let me know he was there and that he would be working on my yard. Asked if I had any questions.
