I like the weed control and promotion of my green lawn by tru-green. I was very unhappy about not receiving the paper description of your services at my front door with your last visit; as a result I had to waste time contacting one of your representatives over the phone so that she could email the information to me. Being an older person in his late 70’s, computers do not come easy to me and I would very much appreciate it if the paper description of services are delivered to my front door in the future.

My service was today, Demetrick Harden, I was not here. My wife talked with him, and talked about the back yard. She was on the phone, and never noticed him in the back yard. I will keep an eye on it because the weeds are in control back there. I sent a message this morning about my concern, I will keep an eye on it to see what happens to the weeds. I do appreciate how you respond to my concerns. I am happy with the new growth on the side and hope it will continue and fill out. I was happy because Natalie who signed me up was responsive to my calls. She no longer responds to me so she may not be an employee any longer. I will just use this or the main number when I am concerned. thank You.

Results and customer service
The employees are very considerate. They come out and do what they do to make our lawn look great. They let us know what they have done and let us know if there is anything we need to do on our end, such as watering. We like that we can depend on them with no worries.

The servicemen always come on time, straight to work doing everything promised and paid for. Any emerging issues I have found are always addressed with a phone call. They have never been more than 2 days after my call. The juice is worth the squeeze with this service.
Everyone is very professional and makes time to discuss any issues we may have.
