Seem to be very dependable, only would like to meet at least once a year with a supervisor to look over the property and agree on its success or failure. Currently the yard seems to be in pretty decent shape. Awaiting how our three flowering pear trees come along after having a black spot disease this past fall. Communications seem pretty decent also.
