Today, May 6, I received my 1st Lawncare treatment. The Technician, Clarence BANKS, arrived early and left a service statement on my door. I had three questions and telephoned the McDonough, GA office of which the statement said BANKS was dispatched from, to get answers. After 20minutes waiting, I selected a callback in 30-60 minutes. The Lady that called back was rude, rigid, unapologetic, refused to transfer me to a manager, and finally 'HUNG UP' on me. I immediately called back! Now, same waiting process, except it is now 1-hour to 1 1/2 wait. After waiting a while, I selected the callback and the Lady that somehow answered, I initially thought was McDonough, GA, explained she was in Maryland and had not spoken to me and TruGreen had Call Centers. To my surprise, CARMAN (Maryland) was a delight! She was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, apologetic for the lack of response, and took care of me! CARMEN guided me through the tricky waters of TruGreen. She gave me information that person who signed me up, failed to give me. Apart of her solution was to have Clarence BANKS, the Technician, contact me. Clarence BANKS contacted me within 10 minutes. He too is a delight. Clarence was knowledgeable, caring, respectful and directed me to this Website to voice my opinion.
MY QUESTIONS:
1. My backyard did NOT seem to have been treated? Was it? It had NOT been treated!
2. My front LAWN, as I told the male person that signed me up on April 29, is 70% Moss, 20% dirt and 10% weeds. Mr. BANKS service statement said my main concern was "Weeds". Not true! It also recommended that I rake the moss up and cut the trees down!
3. Was NOT told, until the rude Lady, that aeration/fertilizer/seeding was NOT to occur until August! What? I was expecting that this week! Banks explained!
4. As I discussed with the rude Lady, 'Moss and Dirt' are my main concerns. She informs me that Monday, May 10, I was scheduled for a Lime Treatment for $63.95. What? I assumed, NOT being told, that the first treatment included the Lime or whatever I needed to get rid of the Moss. NOT that i would have triple payments for May and the $219 for aeration.
5. Today, this evening, 5:10, my mail arrived. My TruGreen Account information arrived. Though I received an email outlining what I purchased,(Mosquito treatment, Lawn service and Aeration)
6. Why does TruGreen offer SERVICE before the contract arrives? I had to postponed a Mosquito treatment for the next day because I wanted it after the aeration and treatment occurred! Knowledge & is POWER! I had none!
Clarence Banks and Phonebank Ms. Carman were EXCELLENT! Please THANK THEM! They lowered my 72 years old blood pressure & Stress levels, and resolved my PROBLEMS! BRAVO!
As of the conclusion of this writing, I have spent 5 hours 45 minutes on TruGreen today!

I like the fact that overall my lawn looks much better since I started using your service, howeverI have hadto get multiple applications to address persistent problems that should have been prevented by my Fall 2020 pre-emergent applications thus preventing me from rating the service a 10

Darren R, treated our lawn today, and applied the application. He was done, and about to leave after leaving the results on our door. I later came out, before he drove away. He came back to explain what was applied to our yard, treatments, etc. I'm in favor of technicians taking their time, spreading the application right, and ensuring our yard is taken care of. Thanks Darren.
