Communication. There is Communication from the beginning as to what date to expect service. I would like for Communication to be left on my door concerning service providef on the date of service. At the moment it is done sporadically.

my lawn looks great but I have asked you guys repeatedly not to do my back yard, I have dogs and I do not want the backyard treated, this has happened 2 times now. Does that warrant any discount? I am only asking for the front and sides to be treated. Other than that good.
