Very Professional
I get a phone call a day or two before the service. My service is always conducted in the morning. The Tecs are always knowledgeable and are able to answer my questions. My grass has never looked better.
Really like the representative that sold me my lawn package. And really like the gentleman who applies my chemicals to control weeds. They both did a great job. And they actually followed number of applications they said they were going to do, not like previous years where they added extra.

I really appreciate my Lawn Techs Jacob Binkley/Trees & Shrubs, &Thomas Brown/Lawn Care. I have filled out several favorable reviews & surveys on both & they say they never received any recognition for how much I appreciate their courteous dedicated professional efforts towards servicing to my lawn. Whenever I know it's Thomas, or Jacob providing my Lawn Service, I know I can trust them to care for my lawn as though I were a member of their family. Please share my appreciation for their professionalism with them.
My Lawn Tech is Thomas Brown. Thomas serviced my lawn today with a lime treatment. I have filled out several favorable surveys on Thomas Brown #89621 & when I asked him today if he had received any recognition for the great service he has provided me with; he said he had NOT. I always look forward to seeing Thomas Brown because I know he has always serviced my lawn as though I were a member of his family. I am sad that TruGreen is not providing him with any recognition for his polite & dedicated professionalism. I have mentioned all of this before & it appears that my words are falling upon deaf ears. Thomas Brown, & Lawn Techs like him, are the reason why people choose TruGreen. Please stop withholding the recognition he deserves. I also feel discredited by TruGreen because my requests for my Lawn Techs receiving the recognition they earned & deserve are being ignored.

I like most of your lawn techs. I've only had to call about one that I would never want to have back on my property. I do not like that when I've taken the time to fill out a survey & tell how much I appreciate the great work of certain lawn techs, that TruGreen doesn't take the time to give that Lawn Tech the recognition they deserve, I know because I check back with the Lawn Techs. TruGreen needs to realize that most people have video surveillance for their property & what is being done, or not done, is being recorded. The thing I do like is that usually, TruGreen is fairly quick to respond to my concerns. I really don't know anyone who is completely satisfied with their Lawn Service, no matter who services their lawn.
Quality product.
TruGreen cleared all the clover and summer weeds but the poa annua is coming in. Especially around the edges of the lawn. Can’t get to that riding the sprayer. Also looks like a bit of annual rye is sprouting. But in general it looks great. This is over an acre of new and existing sod. The new sod is great and the existing grass has thickened up greatly. We’re pleased so far with the service.
If I don't think the job was done well, they are willing to come back free of charge. The employees I have interacted with have always been very nice and helpful.

My grass looks healthier and has less weeds than prior to utilizing TruGreen. It is worth the money to be able to have one less thing to worry about with home maintenance.

My serviceman, Davon, was absolutely the best today. He apprised me of his arrival and took my crazy dogs in stride. 110% impressed! He finished the job completely and was very thorough.
When I was having difficulty understanding what was going on with my lawn, why it was turning brown so quickly and what I thought was fungus,was worms. How low to cut the lawn, and watering practices. I requested a Manager to come to my home to examine the situation. A Mr. Edwards came out an explained and alleviate all my concerns. As a new homeowner who is from New York I am not familiar with dealing with Georgia clay, it's insects, Bermuda grass, or the products you place on the lawn for which we have to trust you as professionals to make our lawns look lovely. It truly ment a great deal to me when Mr.Edwards came to explain. Your Specialist who come out each time, do a terrific job, especially Michael Greene-120945, who did the Core Aeration; fantastic job!! I was at home and he explained what he was doing. As well as the Specialist that came today,can't make out the spelling of his name, he did a thorough job. To all your Specialist, good job!
