I had my lawn serviced on 5/9/2022 by Shambreka Johnson #136918. I just wanted to let you know how attentive she was when listening to me about my lawn concerns and areas that needed a little extra love. My grass is greener, my weeds are gone and my problem areas are starting to grow grass (probably because we cut down some trees) but, I don't think anyone has taken the time to spray this area because it was bare. She listened, and now grass is finally growing.
Anyway, I know not many people take the time to give anyone praise but, I wanted to let someone know how great she was. I would love for her to treat our lawn anytime.

I enjoy the report each time of what you've done and observations of any negative things you noticed. I would also appreciate recommendations on how to address the negatives. If a chemical treatment is warranted, let me know, and if Tru Green can provide the solution they can offers to do so. Just telling me I have a problem and not offering solutions is not helpful.
