The specialist's that service my lawn, John Pumphrey tree @ shrub has brought my plants back to being healthy and looking great. John is one of the most passionate people about his
trade as I have ever seen. He always speaks to me about any concerns I may have even if it has nothing about tree @ shrubs.
The specialist for my lawn, Joshua Smith also asks me if I have any concerns. I had a treatment in April that did not kill weeds good enough. He returned approx. 2 weeks later and asked me if I wanted the weed problem spot treated or my entire lawn treated. I asked for an entire re-treatment which he did.
I have had quite a few contractors and friends around lately and they all comment on how good my grass looks.

Interesting, just a week prior I had remarked to my husband that the lawn was the best we have ever seen, and our shrubs also. We have had TruGreen for 3 years now. We have a newly built home with sod, and it took a while to get the lawn and shrubs where they are now. TruGreen worked with us, and we are pleased!
Service is always timely. When I'm at home at service time, the service personnel are always willing to answer my questions.

My guy is doing a good job but I don't think he was told where the border lines are. Looking at house from the front on right side of driveway. It's not been touch. My wife saw him and told him and he did not know. Also, he did not go all the way down in the back yard. Our guy last year did a good job. We still have weeds in yard, both front and back. I would like a discount on this that's not been done.
