Consistent schedule and the automatic call ahead is nice so my family knows when the crew will be on site. Also the door hangers and follow up email let us know what has been done. Plenty of information!

My service with TruGreen has been very positive this spring. I started using the service last fall when you aerated and over seeded. My grass looks as healthy as ever! The only issue I had was there apparently was a mix up and some how someone scheduled an aeration and overseeding of my lawn this week. Fortunately, I was called prior to the service and I canceled it and asked for a technician to call me. I wanted to know why someone would schedule that during the late spring knowing I have a fescue lawn. Anyhow it was just a mix up. I've also purchased the mosquito plan and it seems to be working pretty well. We had a lot of rain after the first application and we were getting bit. I called and they retreated within a week of my call.
Very good service and I like the knowledge and expertise that most of the TruGreen people have.
My regular lawn man does a good job and always askes if I need anything else done. Still have not forgrt that it took 15 phone call and a call to headquarters to get my yard airaided and seeded, It took six weeks, when they told me it would 7-10 days.
