It was your technician, Jennifer, for tree and shrubs! After many attempts of getting an oil treatment done (5+) attempts, she personally can back through rush hour traffic to perform my treatment around 6:00 pm. She was very courteous, explained and listened well, and did a fantastic job... I would have used "Send your feedback" on the website, but it didn't work.. She is definitely a 10+ in representing your company and very dedicated employee. 100% satisfaction. The other tree and shrub specialists always canceled.
Also, another technician was Calvin who treated my trees and scrubs. Excellent service just like Jennifer.

My service technicians have done a good job on both my lawn, along with trees & shrubs.
Today it was trees and shrubs; I appreciate Christopher taking the time today to meet with me so we could discuss a problem I was having with a crept myrtle. The problem has been going on for the past almost year, but he helped me to understand what was taking place along with a short term treatment that might help me with the future of my tree.
