Shamece is EXCELLENT! She takes time to ask of any issues we are experiencing, and is very thorough with her work.

Also, her communication is outstanding. Not only do we get the TruGreen emails, in addition, Shamece will shoot me a text and let me know she is here. (I work in a home office in the basement and never hear anyone come to our house!)
