Regarding Tree & Shrub service 1-26-24, I would like to recognize the service of Dave Nauman. He rang the doorbell, answered all the questions I had and did so in a pleasant and professional manner. In response to my questions, he offered a number of recommendations on how to improve the bush/tree's health and appearance. I found a number of his recommendations to be helpful.
When I get that kind of customer service from a Vendor, that vendor can expect me to be loyal to them.
Dave introduced himself and responded to all the questions I asked in a pleasant, professional manner. That's the kind of customer service I like.

Although I have been very satisfied with my years of TruGreen service, my wife and I have decided that we need to cancel our ongoing yearly service. We are in the middle of doing major house and yard work renovations and will be doing some significant landscaping in the spring time. If we need to start up a new plan moving forward in the future, I will contact you to start it back up again. Thank you for many years of wonderful service. Please respond to let me know that the service has been cancelled.

Kevin was polite, professional, knowledgeable and demonstrated that he was going to take good care of my lawn.
