I wanted to take a moment to commend the service of an exceptional representative that came to my home yesterday, Jose Lopez #8643 from the Suwanee, GA location. He performed an aeration on my yard yesterday. I had contacted customer service the previous day to cancel, but apparently they had not processed the cancellation. However, I spoke with him during the aeration and he was very polite and incredibly helpful with some information that he provided about my yard. The information will be very useful with the new landscaping I am in the process of completing. I just wanted to take a moment to praise his excellent customer service and positive attitude. He is an excellent representative for your company. I hope that you can pass this message along to the Norcross location so they are aware of the wonderful job that he is doing. Thanks so much!

I want to thank TruGreen Lawn Care Specialist TuJuan T. He was Polite, professional; and knowledgeable about my lawn and the issues it is experiencing. He informed me what treatments he would be performing as well as a curtesy call when he was done. he also explained what additional actions might be needed, but reassured me TruGreen would help my lawn.

Please show this letter to Nick Palic so he knows how much I appreciate the job that he did on July 23, 2021. He was very knowledgeable in helping to see the problem with my Crepe Myrtle Trees. After months of work I now have grass in most places in my yard. I still have a problem with crab grass that was supposed to be eradicated but I am hoping it will die out soon.

Landon noticed all the weeds on my lawn and informed me about them before spraying them and letting me know how long it would take before they died out. He was courteous and professional as well

Come when you notify me. Perform the services without bothering me. Only problem I have is the weed problem and it it partly my fault as I do not call and tell you when I have weeds showing up in the grass. I found a clover-like weed that will take over two days ago.

Victoria Chrisman was my Specialist today. I would like her to be my Specialist from now on.
