Tru Green does a good job of keeping our grass green and somewhat weed free.

The first time of treatment the tech explained what he would be applying to our lawn and wanted to know if we had any questions. The specialists name is "Wellington", Branch # 5770.

Mr. Eerwin Wright from Branch#5770 rung my door bell and explained everything that he was about to do and how it would effect my lawn and provided the paper work confirming the services rendered. Outstanding!!!

My service rep was on same street providing service to my neighbors and stop by to find out how I was doing and if I started my drainage system from backyard to frontyard. Tyreto N Solsberry Jr gave me some ideas he had seen from other yards on drainage systems. We talked for a few minutes and he went on his way.
I appreciated that and he help to keep me accountable and took the time out to stop buy.

He is not only very nice but knowledgeable and takes the time to show me what weeds may be in our yard and points them out to us. He has been here for the past 2 times and we only want him to be our specialist! Before him the others were awful and so was our yard! Always had weeds, not green, etc. We were even going to stop service with Trugreen because of no results. Then KorDarryl Black just happened to show up for our recurring visit and ....After his first time here we now have no weeds! His expertise in this area is outstanding. So we only want him to come and treat our lawn. Thank you

I like the fact that the service man, rang my doorbell and spoke to me, as to what he was going to do today. Mr. Phillip Moon #8655 was very polite, and courteous, and helpful. He is OK in my book.

There is only one complaint portion of the grass get kill on a treatment, I get in touch with the manager and them planted more seed at the portion of grass death about 4 monts ago and that section still not growing

I had called before my last service to alert customer service there were more weeds than should be in my back yard given that I have been using this service for about a year. Also, there was a little Poa Annua in my front yard which was surprising given preemergent applications. However, there was a big difference between the front and back leading me to believe previous specialists had cut corners in the back.

T.J., the specialist for today, arrived and we discussed the issues. He had been informed by the office and assured me that he would take care of the problem, or at least begin the process. There have been several different specialists service my lawn over the last year. The ones I have spoken to have been courteous for sure. However, T.J. was exceptionally so and was very attentive to my concerns. His communication and conversation skills were also exceptional. When we talk about someone being professional, we tend to mean they listen and say the right things - act like the customer is right. Now T.J. is a step above what we normally call professional. It is apparent that he has gifts/skills that seem to be more rare these days.

Given that I have seen multiple specialists at my house over the year, it is apparent that either there is a high turnover or the TruGreen model is to rotate specialists frequently. Whichever the case, there is a problem. If you hire right, incentivise, mentor, and create a path for advancement, turnover will eventually decline (though guys will move up in the company of course). If the model is one of rotating specialists, you are ignoring the value of relationship. A value/asset that is symbiotic - TruGreen benefits and the homeowner benefits. I know you guys know your business and I am sure what I am saying is not new to you. I think it helps to hear from a customer with a little business acumen and years leading employees and volunteers.

Back to T.J.......Selfishly, I want him to be my guy for a long time. No one else. However, this ultimately would not be good for T.J.. He must have a path for growth and advancement. So, my hope is that TruGreen will put him in a good spot to thrive and learn. Provide him a clear picture of what could be his future at TruGreen and a specific plan for him to achieve that future. I am telling you, without a doubt, guys/gals like T.J. are becoming rare. The ones we have need to be guarded and cared for like a precious stone. Don't write him off as an hourly employee doing entry level work. View him, and those like him, as valuable assets with future leadership potential, and create a process to develop them into the future leaders of TruGreen.

I am good at reading people, but I am not perfect at it. However, I am very confident that I am right about T.J.. If he is a conman, he is a really good one:)

They always show up when they are supposed to and their service has been satisfactory. Only complaint is that service men drag hose thru the yard and knock over solar lights and yard ornaments .

We were very satisfied with the service that Nisvet Palic provided. He is very knowledgeable and I am very pleased. We would love to have him do our treatment each time.
