You are always on time to do my lawn
Your technician Amaury Santiago was here today to perform a weed application. He did an excellent job and was very professional. I have had your technicians do applications in the past but lately they have been ineffective due to the fact they actually didn’t apply any product. Amaury did a spot spray as requested and to his credit did a very thorough job,probably the best of anyone who has been here before. I would like to recognize him for the job he did as I feel he deserves high praise.
Our lawn looks great, and we are kept well informed about when we will be serviced.

You return to treat areas that are still an issue. Point out issues with shrubs, evergreens, etc.

What I hate is that the your Lawn Service has increased my mowing ocsts at least 33%
So when I anaylze your service the cost is climbing rapidly as Lawn Mowing is going up.
If we cut back on fertililzed and just use your weed killer it may help our problem of mowing to often

So far, so good!!! I have been with Tru-Green for 43 years. This is the best it has looked!! Years ago I had an issue with extreme heat; my grass died; my back yard looked like a desert!!!

There is a communication problem within the company departments, especially in the billing department.
I don't like the two day waiting period from the date a payment is made through the phone.
I don't like being solicited by phone about other services, if I want something I'll let you know.
Your product prices are at times to much. For example, over 300 dollars for aeration and overseeing, 100 dollars for grub application.
Occasionally, this year I've observed employees cut corners, and miss areas of my lawn and say they did it.
You have several new employees now, in the past the same guy used to do my yard and we developed a repor and get to know each other and my yard. Now it's been different people who don't seem to be as knowledgeable about lawns as before.
You might consider payment options like paying in installments for the higher priced services like overseeding and aeration.
I've been with True Green for several years at the same address.
