I was very confused when I talked to one of your customer service people or whatever you call them. This was a phone call by me to your company.
One day one of your people stated that I could get a senior citizen discount. Then another day I called with a question and asked again about the senior discount and that person told me that your company does not give a senior discount. That really confused me.
This is my second year with Trugreen and my lawn looks terrific. I used to fertilize myself, but have physical problems that prevent me from doing that any more, but I didn't have to give up a good looking yard because of it. Now I count on Trugreen to come at the appropriate times with the appropriate material to service my lawn.
