My lawn is green and weed free.
Follow up with my problem has been excellent. Your associate was very understanding and wanted to help as much as possible. However, my grass now has burn marks. I questioned the man who cuts my grass. He said the burn marks are due to excessive treatment. He also cited the excess fertilizer on the driveway and on the concrete around the pool and house in the back. I had cited this is earlier to the person following up with my complaint.

Overall, I've been satisfied with the lawn, tree & shrub services that I've received from TruGreen since contracting with them in 2018. I'm always given a call in advance to let me know when they're scheduled (weather permitting) to provide the treatments for my lawn, trees and shrubs which has made for a healthy lawn, trees and shrubs at my home.

SERVICE by TEREK BARNES was fine however he knew nothing about the increased nitrogen for red thread and I never got a call from Supp..Lee Vaughn after rescheduled original treatment my lawn is suffering terribly from RED THREAD in some areas Terek explained to me hopefully he is right still he had no idea of the notice to increase the nitrogen that I was told had been entered on my account. Terek did a fine job and hopefully with increase in heat red thread will leave it looks bad in some areas and TRU GREEN would not be proud of it for sure.
I received a service application of fertilzer today June 3, 2021 by a service tech name of Jassen Alston of the Monroeville,Pa.

Been using you for years now. Excellent workers and servive.
This year has been hard. Before the pandemic everything was really good and on time. This year not as good. I did not get the earlier spring treatment and I am not sure I received it this year. It is now June 1, 21 and there is no little sign in my yard that truegreen was here!!! No statement on the door that someone was here!!! But I received a bill!!! Hmmmmm. Not good.
Our lawn was a mess when your service was started and it has shown continuous improvement.
