Today my day started out well when Kurt came to fix the problem i called about. I just can't say what a great representative he is for TruGreen. Whenever TruGreen gets a compliant you should send Kurt out to rectify the problem. He leaves the customer happy after he talks to them and corrects the problem.
No hassle! I paid for the service up front. They came for the first service only 2 days later. So far, so good.
My only issue is the salesperson on the phone. I attempted to purchase online and got a price of $760. I was hesitant, so I waited for the color up call. She tried to charge me $1200. She said that the website was wrong and if I ordered it there instead of with her, they wouldn't provide service unless I paid the extra first. WHAT?!
I ordered online anyway. All good!
Craig Leroy has been doing my customized lawn care for many, many years. I personally request that Only Craig do the treatments on the lawn because he is knowledgeable regarding my lawn, what it needs, what can be done to improve the condition(s), what do I need to do to help it to be nice and green and lush...
I Highly recommend Craig Leroy and personally have had the pleasure to converse and interact with him over these many years.
