i would just like to let you know that i am very satisfied with my service and my lawn. However i was supposed to get my lawn treated on May 12 but no one showed up. I called a rep and he told me they had to reschedule for whatever reason. I think i should have been notified that that was going to happen and when they are going to do my lawn. Good customer service is very important to me and should be to you also.

For years I used the Scotts do-it-yourself program, buying their "Step" program and applying it with a drop spreader.
My yard still looked bad despite my tender loving care with products from Scotts.
Several of my neighbors use your service and their lawns always looked better than mine.
So I gave up on Scotts and started using TruGreen mid-season in 2014.
