Scheduled services are performed routinely.Grass looks great. I had my daughter sign up for trugreen service last week.
TruGreen stands behind their service and will correct issues that sometimes arise. Most of the time, however, service is excellent and no correction is needed.
For instance, the last service on 5/13 was the Lime treatment and the technician (Isiah Porter) did an excellent job despite having to manually push the small spreader for almost an hour to cover our large lawn.
Friendly guy, discussed our concerns. He seemed understanding of our problem with weeds & stripped grass due to inconsistent application.

The treatments are making a noticeable difference in my lawn and shrubs and trees. The effectiveness is particularly evident this spring as the shrubs and trees are showing zillions of buds and flowers. Looks so beautiful and full.

reliability
The problem I had last yr was when I had new grass planted in my front yard. The person spraying it fertilized it too early in it's growth even with the straw still on it. It killed the new young grass coming up, causing me to have to have it retilled, replanted, strawed and lots of watering. This was done by a worker I had not seen before who was or seemed quite young so he may not have known you can't put fertilizer on newly planted grass. Now it has come up fine after second planting since it had all winter to take root. I never raked the straw off and don't think I will since it isn't too thick.
Other than the above problem which I didn't complain about and probably should have since it took awhile for me to see the new grass was not going to make it, but I think if Edward had been the one doing my yard that day, he would have known not to spray it.
