You idiots. I do not owe $94.94 as your records suggest. I just signed up for your services a few days ago, with the first lawn application costing $29-something, and future applications costing about $57. Today was my first and only application since signing up.
If you are unable to keep your records accurate, I will be forced to find another lawn care service. I hope this is not your version of excellent customer service.
Oh, my specialist today, Chris, was great. He answered some questions I had, and explained how and when I should expect to see improvements in my lawn.

If you think that you may have a problem out of the "ordinary", a rep will appear at your doorstep. We had some cinch bugs on our tree lawn that your rep handled with an application. One question I have is to billing..could someone go over my account starting with last year to determine that I have NOT been double billed at times. Also I would like to sign up for automatic payments. Thank you.
