My yard looks great.

I've recommended TruGreen many times to neighbors and friends. I've been a customer for so many years that I don't recall how many...maybe twenty or more. I started using them because my neighbor's lawn was nothing but dandelions and I just couldn't keep up with the weeds spreading to my lawn. I decided to give TruGreen five years to make my lawn better and they did that with time to spare. When I figured in the cost of doing it myself versus continuing with TruGreen, I just continued with them and am still happy with my yard.

Last service to our lawn was at 8:30a.m. which was nice. We did have one service cancelled due to rain and were informed it would be rescheduled.

That I don’t need to be home, I can look at the app to see when it’s scheduled next, and my lawn is really looking good this year to the last. Can’t wait to see you hat it looks like next year after another year with you.

This past May, when I noticed a problem and phoned the local TruGreen office, the customer service representative listened carefully and forwarded my concern to the local manager. Next, the local manager arranged for the supervisor of the lawn-application technicians to come to my house. The supervisor and I walked through the yard, and he suggested a remedy. In fact, his remedy was to apply the fertilizer and broadleaf herbicide separately so that all of the lawn could be fertilized (even with some inadvertent spill-over to the garden beds), while ensuring that the broadleaf herbicide stayed away from the garden beds. In fact, all 3 succeeding applications used this 2-step process. I can appreciate that this process is more labor-intensive. Nonetheless, TruGreen has kept this new procedure in place for the same cost to me. My lawn - and my garden beds - look great. Thank you!

Grass is healthy and no weeds!

I like the variety of services you have, and how it's fairly easy to add online. The service is great too. The thing I don't like is how you force people to call in to cancel a service. I would add more services, but don't want to go through the process of canceling on the phone for 30 mins where they try to upsell me instead. I only add services that I basically know I want for a very long time. For a great company, canceling should always be a self service any customer can do at any time. If you are great, you don't have to worry about customers canceling.

Most of the time very good. Sometimes miss the yard and spray flowers with weed killer which kills my plants. NOT TOO GOOD.
