We have been a customer for about 20 years I think. The service has always been great. This year we added the tree and shrubs, but got infested with Japanese beetles. We feel that’s an extraordinary circumstance, so we will definitely try that service again next year. We have always been happy with our lawn service.

It would be nice to know what is to be applied on my lawn, trees or shrubs. That is, when you send an email regarding the arrival of my treatment, what is going to be applied. I may have other things going on with my lawn, etc, that I may not want treated. Thank you for listening to my request.

I don’t like the short notice (less than 24 hours) we get before next applications. There are some days that don’t work for us, & you should be giving us at least 2 days notice prior to the next application.
