Just wanted you to know how much I appreciated Tyler Smith yesterday. I saw him out doing my tree service, but was curious as to what he was doing. He took the time to explain all the services that they are doing on my trees and what each one will do to benefit the trees. He was very knowledgeable and polite, and took the time to help me understand the process.

I've always had a good experience when I've needed to call Customer Service. This will be my 3rd year as a customer and I've been completely satisfied. This year, it seemed the service to my lawn and mosquito service had a bit gap between the initial applications and the second ones. Hopefully that was just a blip and the regularity of timely service will resume.

I like the online app and the variety of the services you provide.
The only thing im frustrated about and ive brought this up to customer service is that the online app will give you a service date but when you're getting close to the date it will keep scheduling you farther out and will push your date. I then have to call customer service to setup a service date manually. This gets old having to do this each month and pleading my case to get a date scheduled.
