The service keeps my lawn green and weed free. I like being notified days before, during and after my lawn is treated.
The employee who usually does our yard is very thorough with his work. I’ve observed him and he doesn’t not cut corners. He treats every square foot of our property. Every question I’ve ever asked about treatments or applications, I feel he answers from knowledge and years of experience. The one thing that I do question with the lack of rain we’ve experienced this year, normal treatments, applications have not been done. But, TruGreen has decided to do 2 or 3 treatments for bugs. Is this necessary? Thank you.

Every technician has been friendly and tolerant of my dog barking at them the entire time they are in my yard. I also like that I pretty much get the same technicians repeatedly so I am familiar with them.
Grass seems to looking better.
The response is timely! Sometimes you need to make adjustments to the timing as they will treat your lawn even when there are presented issues (drought, discoloration).
Services are performed as scheduled. Completed in a timely manner. The lawns and trees looked very nice before the drought.
The only negative comment I have is when a dry material is applied, the driveways have the material spread all over them. I assume that this is not a good practice, especially for pets..
Our grass has never looked better.
