I like the email notifications, the yard markings, the notice on the receipts. I'd like more information about how long it may take to see improvements and seasonal expectations. I'd also like more information about aerating.

Friendly, helpful, hardworking. Some worked in the cold light misty rain didn't have a rain jacket. I offered my own rain jacket but didn't take it and kept a great attitude even after being cold and wet. Some even removed dog toys all over the yard so they did not get contaminated.
