SERVICE IS GREAT BUT
An overabundance of email alerts: we are coming; we are here; we have been here; rate us.
Although I am disappointed that the pre-emergent seems completely ineffective against dandelions and that the revisit to address this has been moved twice (it's now two weeks since I first reported the problem). It's also true that my salesperson has NOT returned a single call or text despite inviting me to reach him directly whenever I have any concerns. As a pre-paid customer, that leaves me with an "I got my cut and now I'm moving to the next one" impression.
In contrast to all that, I am VERY HAPPY to report that MARY Y politely listened to my concerns, stood patiently while I showed her photos and pointed out the troubled spots in the yard.
Mary is very kind and I felt that she was genuine when she said that she would do her best to abate my weed problem.
I understand that she has her specialties and can't visit my property each time. That's unfortunate because I think she's just great. I give a score of 10 for her alone. The other stuff I mentioned really does need to be worked on though.
