I completed a survey earlier and commented on how I was charged all summer for a service I did not want. I just received a call from customer service but I forgot what her name was. She was very polite and apologetic. She told me she would do what she could to rectify the situation. She told me she would refund the tree and shrub service charges that were to me in error.
I have complained in the past about my lawn care but this past summer my long looked fantastic! A lush green lawn in the summer is my hobby and is very therapeutic for me. I appreciate the customer service I received this morning and the effort TruGreen makes to give me that beautiful lawn!

I work a lot and on night shift, so having your service come and take care of my yard works out great.
I would really appreciate having someone take a closer look at our yard before performing a service. When aerating the yard this fall it was done very shallow and we are not totally happy with the result. We asked that I call be made to us before performing the service so that we could mark sprinkler heads but we did not receive one. We do have dandelions growing in our yard even though your service is supposed to take care of them. We have decided to try one more year, and if no better results, we plan to try someone else.

Since COVID TruGreen stopped leaving notices regarding what was applied and whether one should water, mow/not mow, etc. I wish TruGreen would start leaving notices again.

For the most part treatments are effective. I've had them come back a couple times for a re-do but that is done free of charge. Overall very satisfied.

Had my first application of the year on 04/12/2023. Specialist was Adam Waddell. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Meticulously did the app and was gone.
