Usually arrives on the day specified in the telephone notification. Not always notified when service will be done . The technician will explain what the application is for (unless it is very early in the morning). Always leaves the information at the door.

Was glad to see you here early this year since last year due to weather it was very late, resulting in the crab grass control not working. The Lawn Tech's comments indicated I had vole/mole tunnels in my lawn. I inspected it and found no tunnels in lawn or garden beds. Had that problem about 6 years ago and have 8 bait stations on the lot and use sonic spikes during the non-frost season. I checked the bate stations and they all still had bait available. The Lawn Tech's other comments were correct. So far the results have been good with TruGreen. My lawn is still recovering from two prior years to last year having terrible service from other providers, and with good service this year it should be back to normal by year's end. I do appreciate the expected next service date on-line and in a voice mail or email day before notification to help me coordinate irrigation and mowing schedule.
TruGreen keeps me informed when they’re coming to do an application.
I do like the head's up prior to service. Right now I thought that our first treatment this year was abit early. I did speak to the person doing treatment and he told me your company watches what the weather is going to be doing. This winter has been unusual to say the least. The snow in the forecast should drive the granular fertilizer into the ground.
I like the notification before services are applied.
