Dedicated workers even in crappy weather.
We have a very challenging property to walk across when lawn applications are performed (many rolling hills & valleys). Some companies have told us ‘no bid’ when we asked for a lawn care estimate. Other lawn services we have used in the past didn’t do the contracted applications & their customer service was extremely poor.
TruGreen was the first lawn care company that we hired that performed all of the lawn applications & also had great customer service. We were always contacted the day before lawn applications were done. A TruGreen professional assessed our lawn condition halfway through the season, giving feedback & recommendations for a healthier lawn. In only 1 season, our lawn looks great. No weeds & the grass is healthy. We will definitely use TruGreen in the future.

I like TrueGreen is responsive over the phone and via web chat to my concerns, if I require any re-treatment or extra attention for my lawn. It's convenient to have autopay setup as well.
Timing of the treatments keeps me from rating a 10. From year to year, sometimes I get my first and important treatment early, like March/April, and other times it comes later. At some points in the summer there's 8-10 weeks between treatments and weeds start to come back. But, like I said, it's easy enough to call or chat and get my next appointment moved up.
I was able yo chat with the person applying the treatment. They usually come when they say. I do wish they would provide a 2-3 day notice instead of one day. Thank you.
Regular, professional service. You do want you say you will when you are supposed to. I don’t have to worry if I’m getting the services I paid for, I know I am. This was a problem with my previous service supplier. I appreciate your integrity above all else.
Your employees are very knowledgeable and helpful if I have any questions. I am almost always notified when they are coming, so I can take the dogs out ahead of time.
